By purchasing any RSO peptide product, the buyer represents and warrants that:
AminoVita also sells health and wellness dietary supplement products. These products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified facilities and are intended for human use as dietary supplements. Dietary supplement products are clearly labeled and categorized separately from RSO peptide products on the Site. AminoVita offers subscription plans for select products with automatic recurring billing. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize AminoVita to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval you select (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days). All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) billing cycles. After the minimum commitment period, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
In compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2026 (CCPA 2026) and applicable state consumer protection laws, AminoVita prohibits the use of dark patterns in its subscription enrollment and cancellation processes. All subscription terms, including pricing, billing frequency, minimum commitment, and cancellation procedures, are presented clearly and conspicuously at checkout. AminoVita is committed to transparent checkout design that ensures consumers can make informed purchasing decisions without manipulation or obstruction.
All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. AminoVita reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. Payment is due at the time of purchase. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be issued for RSO peptide products under any circumstances due to the nature of research chemicals and safety regulations. Unopened dietary supplement products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened dietary supplement products are final sale. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AminoVita Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the Site; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (iv) your purchase, handling, use, or misuse of any product purchased through the Site.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
AminoVita reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
