This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on aminovitawellness.com, operated by AminoVita Holdings LLC ("AminoVita," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order on the Site, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.
AminoVita currently ships to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the next business day. During high-volume periods (product launches, promotional events, holidays), processing times may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed and a separate notification when it has shipped.

Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. AminoVita is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the shipment error was caused by AminoVita.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping notification is sent. You can also track your order through your account dashboard on the Site. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
All RSO peptide products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with no product descriptions or branding visible on the exterior. The return address will display "AV Holdings" or a similar abbreviated business name. This ensures privacy for research customers and compliance with shipping regulations for research chemicals. All RSO shipments include temperature-appropriate packaging materials to maintain product integrity during transit.
All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. AminoVita is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to the carrier. If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. For packages lost in transit (no delivery scan), please contact us within 14 days for assistance.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. AminoVita is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order. Address corrections requested after an order has shipped may incur additional fees from the carrier.
If you refuse delivery of a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and any applicable restocking fees. Refused shipments containing RSO peptide products will not be refunded under any circumstances, as all RSO peptide sales are final. Refused shipments containing dietary supplement products will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
