Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been processed. We cannot verify storage conditions after a product leaves our facility, and accepting returns would compromise supply chain integrity.
If your package arrives damaged or a product doesn't match its COA, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll investigate and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
