This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on aminovitawellness.com, operated by AminoVita Holdings LLC ("AminoVita," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.
All sales of Research Use Only (RSO) peptide products are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits will be issued for any RSO peptide product under any circumstances. This strict no-refund policy exists due to the nature of research chemicals, safety regulations, and the inability to verify product integrity once a shipment has left our facility. By purchasing any RSO peptide product, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Unopened, sealed dietary supplement products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. To qualify for a return:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by AminoVita. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product and will be issued to the original payment method.
Once a dietary supplement product has been opened (safety seal broken), it is considered final sale and is not eligible for return or refund. This policy exists for health and safety reasons, as we cannot resell or verify the integrity of opened consumable products. We encourage customers to review all product information, ingredients, and labels before opening.
Subscription orders are subject to the same return and refund policies as individual orders. Unopened subscription shipments may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically generate a refund for previously shipped orders. Refund requests for subscription orders must be submitted separately and will be evaluated based on this policy. Remember that all subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) billing cycles as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Products purchased as part of a bundle or promotional package must be returned as a complete set. Partial returns of bundled products are not accepted. If a bundle contains both RSO peptide products and dietary supplements, the entire bundle is subject to the RSO no-refund policy. Promotional discounts will be recalculated if a return results in the order no longer meeting the promotional threshold.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired credit card, closed account), we will work with you to find an alternative refund method, which may include store credit. Refunds for orders paid via third-party payment services (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) will be processed through the same service and may take additional time to appear in your account.
