Shipping Policy.

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through AminoVita Research LLC.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be declined where local regulations restrict import of research chemicals.

2. Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after the research-use affirmation and payment clear. Lyophilized peptides may require additional handling for cold-chain shipping.

3. Shipping Costs

• Flat-rate domestic shipping: $9.99.
• Free shipping on orders over $150 (before tax).
• Expedited shipping available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. Discreet Packaging

All shipments arrive in plain outer packaging with AminoVita Research as the listed shipper. No product names appear on the exterior.

5. Cold-Chain Compounds

Certain lyophilized peptides ship with ice packs in insulated mailers. These ship Monday through Wednesday only to avoid weekend transit.

6. Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the Products to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact research@aminovitawellness.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Customs & Regulations

You are solely responsible for ensuring that import of the Products into your jurisdiction is lawful. Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees on international orders are the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Refused Shipments

Refused shipments are subject to return shipping fees and a 20% restocking fee.
