1. What Is Sold On This Domain

aminovitawellness.com sells dietary supplement products (currently AminoAM). These products are manufactured in FDA-registered, GMP-certified U.S. facilities and are intended for human use as dietary supplements. They are not drugs, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements regarding dietary supplements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

Every batch is independently tested for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbial contaminants. Certificates of Analysis are published for every batch and available on our COA page.

2. What Is Sold On The Research Domain

Research-Use Only (RUO) peptide compounds are sold by AminoVita Research LLC, a separate Wyoming limited liability company, at aminovitawellness.com/research. Those products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research use, are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are governed by the separate AminoVita Research Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Nothing on aminovitawellness.com creates a contract with respect to research-use compounds. If you are ordering an RUO compound, the terms of AminoVita Research LLC control, and this disclaimer does not apply to that order.

3. Why Two Legal Entities

AminoVita Holdings LLC (wellness) and AminoVita Research LLC (research) share a parent brand identity but operate under distinct tax identification numbers, maintain independent product lines, financial accounts, and customer obligations. The categories are separated intentionally for legal and regulatory clarity:

• Dietary supplements are regulated under DSHEA and are marketed for human use as supplements.
• RUO compounds are not drugs, not supplements, not food, not cosmetics, and are not marketed or promoted for any human or animal use.
• Health-related claims, testimonials, before-and-after imagery, and lifestyle content that appears on aminovitawellness.com pertain exclusively to the dietary supplement products sold here. Do not interpret any of it as relating to research-use compounds.

4. FDA Regulatory Context

The FDA has placed certain peptides including BPC-157 and TB-500 on its Category 2 Bulk Drug Substances list, indicating that these substances do not meet the criteria for use in compounding under Sections 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. FDA enforcement actions against research peptide vendors have increased significantly in recent years. AminoVita Wellness does not sell peptides on this domain. Research-use compounds sold by AminoVita Research LLC are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory use and are not sold, marketed, or promoted for human use, compounding, or any therapeutic application.
