This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on aminovitawellness.com, operated by AminoVita Holdings LLC ("AminoVita," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of this policy. Please read this policy carefully before completing your order.

1. RUO Peptide Products — Final Sale

Important

All sales of Research Use Only (RUO) peptide products are final. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits will be issued for any RUO peptide product under any circumstances. This policy exists due to the nature of research chemicals, safety regulations, and the inability to verify product integrity once a shipment has left our facility. By purchasing any RUO peptide product, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Dietary Supplements — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All AminoVita dietary supplement products carry a full 30-day money-back guarantee. Whether the product is sealed or has been opened and tried, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price. To qualify:

The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
The product (jar, packaging, and any included materials) must be returned to us — opened or unopened
Empty jars from a single 30-day supply are accepted as proof the formula was tried

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error by AminoVita. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned product and are issued to the original payment method.

3. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same policies as individual orders — supplement subscription shipments qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee, RUO peptide subscription shipments are final sale. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically refund previously shipped orders; refund requests must be submitted separately and are evaluated based on this policy. All subscriptions require a minimum commitment of three (3) billing cycles as outlined in our Terms of Service.

4. Bundles and Promotional Packages

Within a bundle, each product follows its own policy: the supplement portion qualifies for the 30-day money-back guarantee, the RUO peptide portion is final sale. If a return causes the order to fall below a promotional discount threshold, the discount will be recalculated.

5. Wrong, Damaged, or Missing Items

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

Ship the correct item at no additional cost
Provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect or damaged item
Issue a full refund if the correct item is unavailable

You may be required to provide photographic evidence of damage or incorrect items. Claims made after 7 days may not be honored.

6. Alternative Payment Method Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., expired credit card, closed account), we will work with you to find an alternative refund method, which may include store credit. Refunds for orders paid via third-party payment services (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay) will be processed through the same service and may take additional time to appear in your account.

7. Complete Non-Returnable Items List

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:

All RUO peptide products (regardless of condition)
Products returned after the 30-day return window
Gift cards and store credit
Free promotional items and samples
Products purchased during final sale or clearance events (as marked at checkout)
