These Affiliate Program Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your participation in the AminoVita Wellness Affiliate Program ("Program"). By submitting an application and clicking "I Agree" during the application process, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree, do not submit an application.
This Agreement is between you and AminoVita Holdings LLC ("AminoVita Wellness", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age
- You must have a legitimate platform, audience, or channel through which you will promote AminoVita products
- You may not be an employee, officer, or director of AminoVita Holdings LLC or any of its subsidiaries
- You may not be a direct competitor of AminoVita Wellness or act on behalf of a competitor
- Approval is at the sole discretion of AminoVita Wellness — we reserve the right to decline any application without explanation
2. Program mechanics
- Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate code through the goAFFPRO platform
- You earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers who use your code at checkout
- Commission rates and tier details are provided upon approval and are subject to change with 30 days written notice
- Commissions are calculated on net sales after discounts, before tax and shipping, and are reversed on returned or refunded orders
- Recurring subscription commissions (available at Tier 2 and above) are earned on each successful recurring billing cycle for subscriptions originated through your code
- Payouts are processed monthly on Net-15 terms, subject to a $50 minimum threshold
- A valid W-9 (US affiliates) or W-8BEN (international affiliates) must be on file before your first payout
3. Affiliate conduct — permitted activities
You may promote AminoVita Wellness products through your own social media, website, blog, podcast, email list, or other owned channels, subject to the restrictions in Section 4.
- You may share your unique code with your audience
- You may describe products using only language from AminoVita's approved content guidelines, provided upon approval
- You must clearly disclose your material connection to AminoVita in all promotional content in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g. #ad, #sponsored, #AminoVitaPartner, or 'paid partnership')
- You may create honest, genuine content based on your own experience with AminoVita wellness supplement products
4. Affiliate conduct — strictly prohibited activities
Zero Tolerance Policy
AminoVita Wellness maintains a zero tolerance policy for the following. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.
- Making any health claims, therapeutic claims, or disease-related claims about any AminoVita product
- Making any statement implying that RSO peptide products are intended for human consumption, injection, ingestion, or therapeutic use
- Describing, demonstrating, or suggesting any human use of RSO research compounds in any content format
- Using paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) on AminoVita brand terms, product names, or any variation thereof without prior written approval
- Bidding on 'AminoVita' or 'AminoVitality' as paid search keywords
- Creating fake reviews, fabricated testimonials, or exaggerated claims about product efficacy
- Spamming, unsolicited messaging, or bulk email promotion of your affiliate code
- Purchasing products using your own affiliate code (self-referral fraud)
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your affiliate code to any third party
- Misrepresenting your relationship with AminoVita — you are an independent affiliate, not an employee, agent, or representative
- Promoting AminoVita products in any context that targets individuals under 18 years of age
5. Liability disclaimer — affiliate actions
Important
AminoVita Wellness is not liable for any claims, representations, statements, or actions made by affiliates in connection with the promotion of its products. Affiliates bear sole and exclusive legal responsibility for all content they produce and publish. AminoVita Wellness expressly disclaims any liability arising from affiliate conduct, including but not limited to regulatory enforcement actions, consumer complaints, or third-party claims resulting from affiliate marketing materials.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AminoVita Holdings LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including legal fees — arising from your participation in the Program, your promotional content, or your violation of this Agreement.
6. Intellectual property
AminoVita Wellness grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AminoVita name, logo, and approved brand assets solely for the purpose of promoting AminoVita Wellness products under this Agreement. This license does not permit you to:
- Modify, alter, or create derivative works from AminoVita brand assets
- Use AminoVita branding in a manner that implies endorsement of non-AminoVita products
- Register any domain name, social media handle, or business name incorporating 'AminoVita' or 'AminoVitality'
- Continue using AminoVita brand assets after termination of this Agreement
7. Confidentiality
Commission rates, tier thresholds, internal program details, and any information shared with you as a Gold Club member or in affiliate communications are confidential. You agree not to disclose commission percentages, tier structures, or any non-public program details to any third party, including other affiliates, competitors, or the public.
8. Term and termination
This Agreement begins on the date your application is approved and continues until terminated by either party.

- AminoVita Wellness may terminate your participation immediately and without notice for any violation of Section 4, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the brand
- AminoVita Wellness may terminate the Program or modify its terms with 30 days written notice for non-violation terminations
- Upon termination: your code is deactivated, pending commissions on completed sales are paid out at the next payout cycle, and recurring sub commissions cease immediately
- Unpaid commissions on orders that are subsequently returned or refunded will not be paid
9. Relationship of parties
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of AminoVita Holdings LLC. You are solely responsible for all taxes on commissions earned. AminoVita Wellness will issue a 1099 for US affiliates earning over $600 in a calendar year.
10. Modification of terms
AminoVita Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with 30 days notice. Your continued participation after the effective date of any modification constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings against AminoVita Holdings LLC.
12. Entire agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AminoVita Wellness regarding the Program and supersedes any prior discussions or understandings. No verbal representations modify this Agreement.
