This Privacy Policy describes how AminoVita Research LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you visit research.aminovitawellness.com or purchase Products from us. It applies only to AminoVita Research; AminoVita Wellness LLC publishes a separate policy.

• Account information — name, email, password, optional institution. Your account is shared with AminoVita Wellness so you do not need to register twice; however the underlying entities maintain separate purchase and affirmation records.
• Order information — billing and shipping address, payment method (handled by the payment processor; we do not store card numbers), order contents, and the research-use affirmation you supply at checkout (with timestamp).
• Session information — an anonymous session identifier we generate when you first affirm research-use intent on entry. This identifier ties your entry affirmation to your later checkout affirmation.
• Technical information — user-agent, referrer, and approximate location derived from IP. Used for fraud prevention and analytics.

2. How We Use It

• To fulfill your orders and ship Products to you.
• To record and substantiate the research-use affirmation tied to each purchase.
• To send order confirmations, COAs, and shipping updates.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of research chemicals.
• To improve the site and product catalog.

3. How We Share It

We share information only with:

• Payment processors we use to charge your order.
• Shipping carriers to deliver Products.
• Customer relationship platforms (currently GoHighLevel) that store your contact record and the affirmation evidence attached to your purchase.
• Hosting / analytics providers that operate the site (currently Netlify; Google Analytics with consent).
• Authorities when required by law or to protect against misuse.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. Affirmation Records

The research-use affirmations you submit are retained as evidentiary records of your representations regarding the intended use of the Products. We retain them for the longer of (a) seven years or (b) the duration of any applicable statute of limitations.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing research@aminovitawellness.com. Affirmation records tied to completed orders may be retained as legally required.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and localStorage for essential site functions (cart, session, affirmation record). Analytics cookies are loaded only after you grant consent via the cookie banner. You can revoke consent at any time.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The version effective at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
